Premier Farnell acquires CadSoft

The total purchase consists of €7 million paid on completion and potential further payments not exceeding €5 million based on criteria specified in the sale and purchase agreement. The new product offering will allow Premier Farnell to provide the pcb design solution which is already in use with over 40,000 designers in the US and Europe. It will now be available for the rapidly developing Asian markets.
