Farnell and element14 brands unite

Multichannel electronics distributor, Farnell has announced that it is uniting its brand with element14.
The company says that bringing together the European transactional and community offerings of parent company Premier Farnell will create a single brand that consolidates the end to end engineering solutions offered by the business. According to Farnell, design engineers and purchasing professionals will now be able to access all its latest products, information, tools and services in one place.
The Farnell element14 brand has been established to provide online research, design and collaboration tools, to allow engineers to connect with one another and for industry experts to collaborate on new ideas and challenges.
