Recession? What recession?
Kontron has announced sales growth of around 11% in 2008, fully achieving it’s original forecast.
The embedded computer systems specialist attained sales of €495million in 2008, bucking the industry downturn trend. Indeed, Q4 resulted in record level sales of €139m – up approximately 13% compared with the same period of the previous year.
The company’s order book as of the year end is also 8% higher than last year with an order backlog of €290m.
The full annual figures will be published at Kontron’s balance sheet press conference on March 24 in Munich.
