The Infineon TPM V1.2 peripheral module connects to a Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC on the MicroZed System-on-Module (SOM). The add-on module, along with the downloadable reference design, is said to enable measured boot functionality for the MicroZed SOM. The system also supports additional use cases, such as device identity, secure storage, secure communications and secure firmware upgrade.
Working with Xilinx and Infineon, Avnet says it has provided improved security for its solutions based on the Zynq architecture. Designers can easily explore a range of security options often required for factory automation, smart cities, smart grid and health care applications, it adds.
