The DM X1K0 01 is an ultra-compact SSPA operating over a 1200MHz bandwidth centred at 9.5GHz, it also offers pulsed widths up to 100µs with duty cycles up to 20%. The design measures 244 x 134 x 50mm excluding heatsink and connectors, making it suitable for use as an alternative to a travelling wave tube amplifier in radar applications.
