Energy efficiency is typically said to be in the range of 92 to 93% and the series offers a no-load power consumption of less than 0.3W.
Safety and control features include overcurrent and overvoltage protection together with remote control using a negative logic signal.
The MVAD160 operates across a temperature range of -40 to 85°C, and are also said to be suitable for medical or industrial applications with extended ambient temperature range or where fanless operation at limited physical space is required.
