Board mount dc/dc converters target challenging environments
CUI has introduced a new family of board mount dc/dc converters.
Designed to provide 3000Vdc I/O isolation, the 1/2W devices work over a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 105°C.
According to the company, they offer a rugged and reliable solution for converting and isolating dc rails within a range of applications, such as medical, industrial control, security and telecom systems.
In addition, the modules are designed to greatly limit power draw under light and no load conditions. CUI says they deliver efficiencies up to 89%.
