Clock oscillators deliver ±10ppm up to 85°C
IQD's new range of clock oscillators is designed to deliver frequency stabilities down to ±10ppm over the full industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C.
Two versions are available, offering different ceramic package sizes; the IQXO-445 series is housed in a 2.5 x 2mm package while the IQXO-430 series is housed in a 3.2 x 2.5mm package.
Both ranges are available over a frequency range from 4 to 54MHz and offer low current consumption of 3.1mA at 40MHz, coupled with a phase noise performance of -145dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset. The IQXO-445 and IQXO-430 come with 4 or 6 pads and can be specified in supply voltages of 2.5, 3 or 3.3V.
Output is CMOS compatible with up to 15pF load and both models include tri-state capability as standard and are intended for RoHS compliant reflow soldering.
Target applications include wireless-LANS, PLC modems, Bluetooth, mobile communications, wi-max and industrial radio's.
