DC/DC converters cut design time and system cost
Two dc/dc converters have been introduced by International Rectifier, both of which are designed to reduce design cycle time, size and cost.
Targeted at high temperature and high shock environments, the HTH27022S and HTM27092S offer a high nominal input voltage of 270V and feature an operating case temperature of 165ºC.
Hermetic, hybrid packaging provides high reliability in demanding applications such as oil drilling applications, as well as small size and light weight, enabling designers to speed up the design cycle while reducing system size, weight and cost.
In addition, the HTH27022S and HTM27092S feature internal EMI filter, magnetically coupled current feedback, under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage limiter, external inhibit and short circuit and overload protection.
Electrical and environmental qualification reports are available and production orders are available immediately.
