Optimise 300 V helps system designers to increase power density and reliability, while reducing cost. Furthermore, Optimise 300 V can provide voltage spike headroom for better reliability, safety and ease of design in 60V telecom rectifiers.
OptiMOS 300 V is available in two packages: D 2PAK with an RDS(on) of 40.7m?; and TO-220, with an RDS(on) of 41 m?.
