Part of the company’s ‘One package to fit all’ programme, the ENA200-Charger fits into the same IP21 packaging as its isolated ENA100 and ENA200 DC/DC converters.
The device, which features an MCU with advanced firmware to guarantee optimum charging and longer battery life-time, comes with predefined charging algorithms for standard lead acid, absorbed glass matte, gel cell and calcium batteries. Load temperature monitoring and intelligent spark control are integrated, as are over-temperature, short-circuit and reverse-voltage protection.
Measuring 116 x 88 x 18mm, the charger features an integrated baseplate with four mounting holes and weighs less than 500g.
Suitable for use with input voltages ranging from 9V to 18V and from 18V to 32V, the device is said to have a power efficiency of more than 95%, with a no load input current of less than 100mA. In standby mode, current consumption is less than 1mA.
