Keil announces support for the STMicroelectronics STM32L EnergyLite
The STM32L EnergyLite, based on the Cortex-M3 processor is said to combine high performance and low power consumption through the use of an optimised architecture and proprietary low leakage process technology.
The technology features flash memory up to 128KB, ram up to 16KB and a range of peripherals including usb and lcd controller. The STM32L operates from a 1.8V supply and, according to ST, consumes as little as 0.27µA in standby mode.
