MOSFETs suit server and telecom switching applications
A new series of N-channel MOSFETs has been introduced by ON Semiconductor.
The NTMFS4Hxxx and NTTFS4Hxxx families are suitable for a range of applications, including server and networking equipment and high power density DC/DC converters.
They can also be used to support synchronous rectification in point of load, or PoL, modules.
The 25V MOSFETs offer 'best in class' RDS(on) of 0.7 mO and low input capacitance of 3780Pf, ensuringconduction, switching and driver losses are minimised.
Careful consideration has also been given to ensure that the MOSFETs offer improved thermal performance and low package resistance and inductance compared to existing devices.
