Peregrine has switching ics for high power wireless charging
Two new single-pole double throw (SPDT) switches have been unveiled by Peregrine Semiconductor.
Targeted at high power wireless applications, the PE42820 and PE42821 are said to offer a combination of high power handling and excellent linearity.
The devices also have an integrated approach for reduced board area, power consumption and design-in complexity compared to other discrete solutions.
Suitable applications include transmit/receive, filter bank and antenna band switching applications in high power rf systems such as wireless infrastructure devices, and land mobile radios for public safety and military environments.
