Power mosfets improve system efficiency in industrial applications
International Rectifier has launched a new family of 300V power mosfets.
Designed to deliver ultra low on state resistance (Rds(on)), the devices are suitable for industrial applications such as 110 to 120VAC line conditioners, 110 to 120VAC power supplies and dc to ac inverters including solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies.
The mosfets are qualified to industrial grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1), are offered lead free and are RoHS compliant.
