Single output power supplies suit industrial applications
A new family of single output, AC/DC power supplies is available from Solid State Supplies. Available in a small footprint with a low weight, the SWG series is targeted at industrial applications that require low noise, high efficiency and variations in power.
The power supplies provide a wide input range of 85 to 264V(AC) and offer efficiencies up to 84% (at 200V(AC) typical). Four models are currently available in the series, including 30, 50, 100 and 150W models, each with a 5, 12 or 24V(DC) single output.
Varying in size from 31 x 78 x 103mm for the 30W version up to 34 x 93 x 168mm for the 150W product, extra options are also available including cover, DIN rail clasp, connectors and remote on/off.
Other features include over current and over voltage protection. In addition, the series is CE marked (EU Low Voltage Directive), meets conductive emissions Class B under VCCI FCC and EN55022, and also meets safety standards including UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1) and SEMKO (EN60950-1).
