The ‘compact’ atom
Review Display Systems has introduced a low power, compact single board computer suitable for applications where space and power are at a premium.
The compact board design measures 102 x 146mm and will fit behind a standard 5.7in format display. By utilising Intel’s new Atom processor power consumption is reduced to a typical 14W, making the board suitable for portable or mobile applications.
The PEB-2737 has on board features such as a 24bit LVDS interface to directly drive a wide range of TFT panels.
Two processor options are available offering either 1.1 or 1.6Ghz with a FSB of 400/533 Mhz. The board will support up to 2GB of system memory and features the Intel system control hub US15W.
