With features like dynamic energy tariff support, solar load balancing, and advanced security functions, the Source 2 is designed for both residential and business customers, and has been positioned as a disrupter in the Dutch EV market with a combination of future-proof technology and innovative design.

Key features include the MID Certified Metering, whereby users benefit from precise billing, making the charger suitable for both personal and commercial use. The Lifetime 4G SIM and Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) Proxy work together to provide seamless connectivity and flexibility, allowing users to switch between service providers without the risk of SIM lock or loss of connection.

A user-friendly app offers advanced features such as Dynamic Load Balancing, Solar Balancing, and Peak Shaving, allowing users to optimise energy consumption and costs by taking advantage of dynamic energy tariffs.

These smart energy management features are essential for customers looking to reduce electricity bills and contribute to a more sustainable future.

For installers, the Source 2’s pluggable architecture ensures quick, straightforward installations, reducing installation costs and time.

Versinetic provided a full suite of hardware and software solutions, including their MANTARAY and EEL charge controller hardware, along with BalanSea load balancing software. Their solar load balancing functionality is one of the core innovations that sets the Source 2 apart, ensuring optimal use of solar power for EV charging.
