Jauch Quartz UK, a leading Manufacturer of Frequency Control Products and Advanced Battery Solutions, and Superworld Electronics (S) Pte Ltd. today announced an exciting new range of Surface Mount LAN transformers.Utilising a distinct, Plated PCB, form factor and Fully automated manufacturing process, the advantages are numerous.
Manufactured in their TS16949 approved facilities in Taiwan and China, the NEW Superworld SLT series breaks the mould in LAN Transformer design.They use state-of-the-art SMD Components to replace the inconsistent, hand wound, toroid’s in Traditional LAN Transformer modules.This results in much lower Parasitic Capacitance and therefore more reliable impedance presentation.The SRF curve is also improved over the equivalent Toroidal product.Other key benefits include a minimum of 1mm height reduction over its counterpart, up to 3mm in some products, and importantly no pin co-planarity difficulties that are inherent in Gullwing SMT devices.
