Two-Phase Bipolar Stepping Motor Drivers
Toshiba TB622x Bipolar Stepping Motor Drivers utilize a PWM chopper, are rated at 40V/1.8A and are fabricated with the Bipolar CMOS DMOS (BiCD) process. The on-chip voltage regulator controls the stepping motor with a single VM power supply. The TB622x family also features low on-resistance at the output stage and Thermal Shutdown (TSD).
