ADI's op amp has 'industry's lowest' noise

Analog Devices' new 36V precision junction field effect transistor input (jfet) operational amplifier has what it claims is 'the industry's lowest noise and distortion over the widest temperature range'.
The 19MHz ADA4627 jfet input op amp is said to specify 5pA maximum bias current at 25°C and 500pA maximum over the industrial temperature range of -40 to 85°C, which ADI says is 10 times lower than competing jfet input amplifiers. It features low offset drift of 2µV/°C maximum over the -40 to 125°C extended industrial temperature range, which it says is three times better than competitive offerings.
Designed for applications that require accurate signal acquisition and fast settling times, the ADA4627 is the first product to incorporate ADI's dielectrically isolated iPolar 36-V precision process technology, which is optimised for linear circuits and allows higher performance and signal chain integration in industrial and instrumentation applications.
According to ADI the op amp reduces signal distortion by a factor of two featuring an 82 V/µS slew rate, 120dB (typical) open loop gain and high output current capacity.
