Bandwidth on the run
Analog Devices has introduced what it describes as ‘one of the industry’s fastest field effect transistor operational amplifiers’.
Operating at 1GHz, the ADA4817 was designed for high performance medical diagnostic and portable devices, as well as instrumentation equipment. ADI says that it provides twice as much bandwidth with half the noise of competing devices. It is already designed in at a number of medical and test and measurement companies for applications such as CT, MRI, scope probe and other medical devices.
