GloFo sampling Peregrine’s rf SOI technonologies
Globalfoundries has begun sampling the first rf switches built on Peregrine Semiconductor's UltraCMOS 10 rf silicon-on-insultaor (SOI) technologies.
The two companies have also created a fabrication flow for the 130nm UltraCMOS 10 platform, which they claim delivers a 50% performance improvement over comparable solutions.
