ADI launches voltage references for precision applications
Analog Devices has introduced a new series of voltage references, which it claims offers the industry's best combination of noise performance, initial output voltage accuracy, low temperature coefficient and long term stability.

The ADR45xx family is specifically suited for high resolution data converters and precision applications in data acquisition systems, instrumentation, process control and automotive battery monitoring.
With a low frequency noise of 0.5ppm, maximum temperature coefficient of 2ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -40 to 120°C, and a typical long term drift of 25ppm/1khr, the devices are said to provide high accuracy over time and temperature variations critical for many precision applications.
This performance is achieved with a maximum quiescent current of 950µA and at a low price, making the devices suitable for portable and budget sensitive designs.
