Power modules shrink and simplify motor drive designs
A new family of intelligent power modules has been introduced by International Rectifier.
The IRAM System-In-Package (SIP) devices shrink and simplify the design of appliance motor drive applications, including air conditioners, fans, compressors and washing machines.
Leveraging IR's advanced Trench IGBTs and next generation three phase gate driver IC, the modules also feature state of the art thermo-mechanical technology to further improve thermal performance and system efficiency.
