TSOP-6 hexfet mosfets target low power applications
International Rectifier has launched a new series of devices featuring low voltage hexfet mosfet silicon in TSOP-6 packages.
Suitable for low power applications such as load switch, charge and discharge switches for battery protection and inverter switches the devices feature low RDS(on) to cut conduction losses. They are available as 20 and 30V devices in N and P channel configurations with a maximum gate drive from 12 to 20Vgs.
According to IR, the modules are MSL1 and RoHS compliant and can be used to replace mosfets in larger packages to save board space and reduce system cost.
