PQFN mosfets target low power applications
International Rectifier has extended its packaging portfolio with the introduction of six PQFN package mosfets.
The devices incorporate IR's HEXFET mosfet silicon and target low power applications such as smartphones, tablet pcs and network communications equipment. They have a footprint of 4mm2 and are available in 20, 25 and 30V.
All of the devices are RoHS compliant and come in standard or logic level gate drive. IR claims they deliver low on resistance and high power density.
