Tuning switch optimised for LTE-Advanced smartphones
Peregrine Semiconductor has introduced a single pole, single throw (SPST) antenna tuning switch for LTE-Advanced smartphones.

Utilising Peregrine's UltraCMOS process, the PE613010 is designed to enable longer battery life, higher data throughput and longer range.
Peregrine says the antenna switch delivers the industry's lowest resistance-on (Ron) of 1.2Ohms from 700 to 2700MHz - maximising radiated performance of the antenna in support of higher data throughput and longer range for fewer dropped calls.
The PE613010 is supplied in a miniature 2 x 2 x 0.55 mm package that requires zero external components. With single pin low voltage cmos control, all decoding and biasing is integrated on chip and no external bypassing or filtering components are required.
