SpringSoft completes eda acquisitions
Asia’s largest eda company SpringSoft has completed its merger with Novas and acquired three additional eda companies. The moves are said by SpringSoft to expand its ability offer specialised solutions for digital, analogue and mixed signal ics, as well as asics, microprocessors and SoCs.
In addition to the merger with Novas, SpringSoft has acquired Fortelink, Nanovata and Silicon Canvas.
