1W dc/dc converters comply with UL60601-1 standard
Murata has launched the MEJ1 family of isolated, 1W dc/dc converters.
The series comprises 38 single and dual output devices, all of which offer basic and supplementary isolation to the UL60950 standard.
The converters are certified to a continuous working voltage of 200Vrms when operating in a maximum ambient temperature of 85°C. Input to output isolation is rated at 5,200VDC for 1s.
Single output models provide 3.3, 5, 9, 12, or 15Vout. Dual versions provide both positive and negative outputs; 5, 12, 15, or 24Vin.
The MEJ1 series is designed for low power applications that require a high degree of isolation. Typical energy efficiencies are rated between 70 and 78%.
