IR unveils 60V integrated power modules
International Rectifier has expanded its PowIRaudio family to include two new integrated power modules.
The single channel IR4321M and dual channel IR4322M are designed to extend the power capability of low load impedance Class D audio systems in applications including car audio systems, tabletop audio systems, active speakers and musical instruments.
The 60V devices combine an advanced audio controller ic with mosfets fully optimised for audio performance, which is said to result in improved efficiency, THD, and EMI. High voltage ratings and noise immunity ensure reliable operation over various environmental conditions.
